OIV officially approves UHPH for winemaking  

The International Organization of Vine and Wine, through its Resolution OIV-OENO 594B-2020, has approved UHPH technology for its use in the wine industry. From now on, our worldwide patented technology can be used by the wine industry to eliminate or reduce the use of sulfites in winemaking, as well as to eliminate microorganisms and inactivate oxidative enzymes without damaging the properties of wines and musts. This milestone paves the way for the application of UHPH technology in winemaking, facilitating the development of mass-produced sulfite-free wines.
